Designed for a seamless fit, this kit is specifically tailored to match the vans pre existing holes, making installation quick and hassle-free.
Ready to be lined in a material of your choice.
Made from 6mm wood options:
Chinese Red-Faced Ply: May show some surface blemishes; best for carpet lining or thicker coverings.
Marine Ply: Smooth, consistent finish; moisture-resistant— ideal for finer materials.
Birch Ply: Smooth, strong, and the most durable of the three: can be left unlined for a nice wood grain finish.
Panels come with pre-drilled holes that match the van’s existing door holes.
The middle rear door panels can be lined and bonded into place.
The rear door panel with handle includes a recess, allowing the handle surround to be refitted in factory position. (around a 1mm gap to allow for material linings)
100 Fir tree fixings included with the kits, in a colour of your choice.
